Over the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of supporting very different successful leaders. They all had one thing in common: the drive to take responsibility for people and results.
The leadership environment has changed significantly over the last 5 years. The present complexity requires more inner and outer clarity, orientation, and relationship skills. In my work, I support leaders in strengthening these qualities and expanding their skills, so that they can lead more effectively and with joy in their environment.

Discovering and developing potential
The focus of my work is the personal development of executives in companies. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in leadership development, workshop moderation and communication training, I work with my clients to develop customized solutions tailored to their needs, goals and corporate culture. This allows executives to strengthen exactly what they need in their environment.
In my work, I combine theory and practice with a personal approach. I create a safe space so that leaders can dare to try new things and learn through feedback, allowing them to discover their potential. I encourage them in their personal development process so that they can be more satisfied and successful in their role.

The development programmes focus on conveying relevant theories and tools, personal reflection, peer exchange and collaborative learning through trying out situations and receiving feedback. The goal is to make participants more reflective of their own behaviour and more effective in their position.
Business-Coaching
Individual coaching sessions focus on the specific learning goals of the executive. Together, we explore options for current issues and consider what they can learn for the future, so that the executive can optimize their self-leadership.
