The Path to Success
Leadership is a crucial success factor for every company. In the current dynamic time, where familiar structures are disappearing and rigid recipes no longer work, it is becoming increasingly important for a leader to develop new inner competencies: a productive confrontation with oneself and one's biography, genuine relational skills, the ability to tolerate ambiguity, and the development of inner flexibility anchored in one's inner values. I offer three pillars to support leaders in their development in their roles:

My leadership training offers a safe space for participants to experiment and learn together with peers. They learn tools and theories, but most importantly they learn more about themselves, their personal potential, and their limitations. We simulate everyday situations, and share honest feedback. Difficult topics that many leaders face in the current times, such as inner conflict, uncertainty, and personal powerlessness, are also addressed. Participants learn from each other, are strengthened by group solidarity, become more reflective, and gain the ability to act with more flexibility and clarity. Sessions of individual coaching in the programme enable each participant to connect with their biography and achieve greater inner clarity. A typical leadership training consists of 3 units of 2 days each, with a gap of approximately 6 to 8 weeks between each unit.

In a business coaching process, I support each individual in addressing their personal concerns. For example, a leader may face an important decision, want to learn how to successfully manage their new role, deal with a challenging conflict, or establish boundaries in a demanding environment. We consider the situation pragmatically and focus on a realistic solution. At the same time, the coachee learns to connect to their own biography and its impact on their perception and behavior, so that they have a broader range of tools for the future. This type of support is highly individualized. Business coaching may consist of a few individual sessions or extend over several months or years.
Leadership Feedback

If a company can create a framework in which all leaders receive comprehensive feedback from their teams about their leadership, it initiates deep learning and optimization. In an intensive dialogue process, agreements are reached to improve future collaboration and to remove obstacles for successful teamwork. This optimizes results and strengthens trust relationships, transparency, and leadership culture. I advise organizations on how to best implement this beneficial process and support them throughout. Typically, a single feedback process consists of a preparatory coaching session with the leader, a half-day moderated feedback workshop with the team and leader, and a follow-up coaching session with the leader.
